It’s possible that your account is locked if you are unable to access it.
The following causes could result in your account being locked:
- You have repeatedly entered your password incorrectly.
- You attempted to process an internal transfer, but it didn’t go through properly. You would have to repeat the internal transfer process again if this were the case.
- The system would automatically lock your account because of a technical problem for security and safety reasons.
