If you are having trouble changing your account’s phone number, confirm that you have done the following:
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Enter your phone number, together with the country code at the beginning, in the Verify or Change Phone area.
- Tap Verify after entering your phone number.
Make sure you are using the International Format when entering your phone number. Please make sure to input your number without any of the following:
- Spaces.
- Additional characters, like +1555489565.
- Your country code does not need to be prefixed by the + sign.
