We require all users to verify their Blu Markets Account within 30 days from registration. Once you have successfully completed our Verification Process you will have access to:
- Unlimited Deposit Amounts.
- Ability to Withdraw Funds.
- Full Access to the Blu Markets Platform.
You can verify your Blu Markets Account as follows:
- Sign In to your Blu Markets Account.
- Go to the Personal Details section.
- Fill out your Personal Information (ex. Full Legal Name).
- Go to the Identity Verification tab.
- Click the Start button.
- Select your Country of Residence. Blu Markets
- Read & agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Choose your preferred Identification Document (ex. Passport).

- Upload the Identification Document photo.
- Complete our Selfie Check using your device camera.
Note: Blu Markets will contact you via your Registered Account Email if we require further documentation or if you need to re-send any of your Identification Documents.
To submit additional documents for our Verification Process:
- Click on the Documents tab.
- Select the Document Type.
- Add a Note in the textbox.
- Tap on the Upload Document button.
We review all Identification Documents within 24 hours. You can check the status of your Blu Markets Markets Account Verification in the Identity Verification section.
