Blumarkets requires all clients to undergo a mandatory Verification Process 30 days after signing up. For our Verification Process, Blumarkets accepts the following Identification Documents:
- Passport.
- National Identity Card.
- Driving License.
- Residence Card/Document.
- Proof of Address Document (issued in the last 90 days).
To successfully complete our Verification Process, please ensure the following:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- The Identification Document is Government-Issued.
- Date of Birth (DOB) is clearly visible.
- Your Signature needs to be clearly visible.
- The Identification Document is valid and not expired/expiring soon.
- All 4 corners of the document are visible.
- The uploaded file is not password protected.
- No information should be obscured/not visible.
- The document needs to be uploaded in .jpeg or .png format.
Note: Blumarkets does not accept Temporary Residency Permits or documents of a similar nature for our Verification Process.
24k Markets will decline your verification if:
- You are below 18 years of age. In such instances, your Blumarkets Account will be immediately suspended.
- The submitted documents appear to be altered or have inconsistencies.
- The document cannot be a screenshot.
- We do not accept Temporary Residency Permits.

Blumarkets aims to process Identification Documents within 24 Hours using Industry Standard Security Checks. If your Blumarkets Account has not been checked within this timeframe, please contact our helpful 24/7 Support Team for assistance.
